Hi All

Any help would be appreciated. I have recently taken out a subscription to BT Broadband Voice (VoIP) service. After a tortuous week of setting up the service I am now able to receive calls but not to make them. BT's helpddesk has been fairly helpful in getting me to this point but will not help me to configure my router.

I am using a Belkin FSD7632-4 router with wireless interface. I am told by BT that in order to make calls I have to open ports 30000-30002, 49152-49193, 5060 and 2427. That's as far as they will go with the support. I have gone to the Application Gateways section of the firwall. However, while I can eneter the above into the Public Port Box, I have no idea what to put into the Trigger Port Box. Basically, I am at the limit of my technical ability so any help much appreciated.

I have to say that for a public service they are selling, the setup arrangements for the VoIP would leave most people absolutely stumped!

Regards

Dave
