    Wireless Network/Broadband issue...Please HELP!!

    Hello,

I've done a friend a favour and ended up not being able to sort it for them!!

They wanted to be able to access the web on both of their PC's but without wires.

Therefore, I purchased a Billion Wireless-G ADSL Router (BiPAC 5102G) and a PCI Wireless Card.

I swapped their existing Speedtouch USB ADSL Modem supplied by Wanadoo for the Billion unit and connected up.

All seemed to work well onone PC to start with, but I could not get the other PC connected via wireless. Then that issue seemingly resolved itself but another much worse one has now appeared:

If I use the Billion ADSL Router, certain web pages cannot be accessed, such as my friend bank site, but if the USB Modem is brought back, it access with no problem.

Has anyone got any ideas what might be causing this and what the solution might be?

    Thanks in advance

Sounds like it might be a WEP issue.

Have you checked for such settings?

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
As far as I know, at the moment all types of encrytion etc are disabled.

The main worry at the moment is the fact that websites fail to load when using the billion unit but load normally when using the USB Modem.

I should add that thE PC closest to the ADSL Router is connected via LAN and not WLAN
