wont let me change firewall settings
I am the PC's adminstrator acount and it still wont let me change any Firewall settings. THe settings shaded out, I found out that this means Im not the administrator.
I have a Dlink 604 router, Fios connection (15mb,2mb up :P)
Recently did have a virus, had to get rid of it with anti virus software(panda)
I cant freakin get my bittorent to go green. I opened up the ports on the router. My only concern is the windows firewall
I tried creating another administrator account and the same thing, please help thank you 
By the way, how do I check if all the right ports are open ?

Questions on using Bittorrent should be addressed in the Software / Other Applications message board - you'll probably get a quicker response than in here.
With regard to your firewall issues, what firewall software are you using? What settings are you trying to change?
To double-check your Windows login level, right-click on My Computer and select 'Manage' from the menu. When the Computer Management window opens, go to 'Local Users and Groups'. Double-click the 'Administrators' group. If your login name is listed in there, then you are a local administrator. If your login name isn't in the list, try adding it to the Administrators group and then restarting the PC for the change to take effect.
