Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously?

    What is the Operating System?

    Are you the Administrator?

yeah this is a new one... not really a problem though, it was done on purpose... he created an admin account and i don't even know the password... im using windows xp.... somebody told me he must've used a program called 1st security or something like that... the only thing that i can open is the documents folder, internet explorer and some lame programs... i can't see my physical drive c: and d: on the windows explorer and i even can't download anything from the net... it was restricted by that said program.. can i hack through that? i don't know who did that freaking problem on my pc.... can i hack the admin password so i can return it to the way it was before?

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
If you do not have access to an administrator account about all you can do is reinstall the operating system.

We do not offer advise on hacking here.

To log on to Windows using the Administrator account:

    1. Click Start, and then click Log Off.

    2. Confirm that you want to log off in the Log Off Windows dialog box by clicking Log Off.

    3. When the Log On to Windows screen appears, type the administrator user name for your PC (the default is “Administrator”) and the password you assigned to the administrator account when you set up your PC.
Note: If you do not see a place to enter this information, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE twice to display the Log On to Windows screen, and then log on as Administrator.

    4. Click OK.
