    hidserv.dll? is that good?

    Hi,

    hope i have this in the correct spot. my scotty the watchdog program popped up and said that "C:\WINDOWS\system32\hidserv.dll" was installed. Do i want this on my computer? I had just plugged in a keyboard so i'm thinking its for that but wanted to make sure i didnt keep it on if it was dangerous. thanks for any help.

    hidserv.dll is a legitimate XP file.

    In searching it @ google http://www.google.com/search?q=hidserv.dll it does bring up the WinPatrol site but I don't see the connection at the moment:

    oh ok, i had done a google search but it kinda confused me more. i wasn't sure if it was supposed to be in windows or if it was needed. i didnt know those things dled themselves either lol. thanks a bunch.
