InstaGate Spam filter question
I have repeated problems receive some email message from a mailing list that I would like to remain subscribed. However, when people with accounts from Yahoo and Hotmail post messages to this mailing list, our Instagate spam filter will bounce the message. After a preset number of bounces, I receive an email notifying me of the situation. If the situation continues, my subscription will be determinated.
I have sent eSoft a message but have not gotten a reply from them. We surely do not want to open the spam filter up to these entire domains. The mailing list owner will not provide a list of subscribed people out of respect for their privacy.
Does anyone have suggestions for us to try?
