Hi all,

I'm new to this site and compared to most people on this site I am probably a bit of a computer duffer. Briefly, I purchased a 3Com Office Connect wireless 11g cable/DST router a week or so ago in order to access my Telewest broadband connection from another room via my laptop. After much messing around I managed to set it up and can now access the internet from my laptop anywhere in the house with a good strong signal. Lucky me.

However, in the process I seem to have created problems with the internet connection on our home computer. As I type, I cannot access the internet on the home computer, yet two hours ago it worked fine. The connection via the home computer has been on and off ever since I set up the wireless network, but why coes one work and not the other?
