    net access d-link router

Having probs connecting to net thru a d-link DSL 502t router.
My original set-up was 4 pc's thru a NETGEAR hub using my pc as a server connected to the net by BT broadband modem.
Replaced the modem with above router, set it up as per instr, all status lights on router confirm I am connected to my ISP and my network.
Run a ping test no probs
Run a test to ISP (BT) no probs
    Disabled firewalls and Norton
    Disabled router firewall
    Re-run network setup wizard
    Re-run connection wizard

Run out of ideas can anyone help pse

    Hi Eddy,

Is it the network or the Internet that you're having trouble with? Have you run ipconfig /all on each of the affected PCs to make sure that they're all on the same IP range and subnet as the router? Is the router assigning the IP addresses using DHCP or are the PCs all configured with a static IP?

Thanks for the advise m8 but i tried all that and more, in the end i sorted it.

When and got a new d-link wirless/router/modem/hub all-in-one and got rid of my other stuff
set it up in mins no prob.
Lesson learnt is dont mix old with new from diff mfr it don't always work.

    cheers eddy
