I suddenly am getting the above error messages when I attempt to connect to AOL Security Edition. I have Norton Antivirus 2005. Window firewalls are disabled for AOL. What to do?

ERROR CODE 46-NPQE: This is an AOL connectivity code, my repair was simple, go to add/remove programs, select AOL Connectivity, change/remove, then select repair, make sure you are closed out of AOL software before starting. It fixed it fast!

I have spent days on the phone with Linksys as my wireless laptop would not connect through it to AOL. They sent me a new router to try without success. I even hired a Computer Guy to come to the house and he spent 3 hours trying to get me connected. I just found your post online, tried it, and now have connectivity with AOL through my Linksys router. You made my day! Thanks. Richard
