I previously paid for the CNN NewsPass service, which used RealPlayer. Now they have made the service free and switched to Windows Media player, and now I can't get the videos to play. I meet all the software and hardware requirements for this service. I tried turning off my firewall and turning off popup blocker. But when I try to play a video, the player comes up, and nothing happens. Occasionally I can click on a story and the 15 second ad will play, but the story does not. This computer uses a cable modem through Everest connections. I have another computer in the house that uses DSL and is able to view all videos with no problem.

What could it possibly be?????

Note: I am having a similar problem with the MSN vidio service.
