How do I configure my computer to receive incoming TCP and UDP connections?

    How do I receive incoming connections?

    I have a laptop with wireless broadband at home, but I can't connect to programs such as Morpheus. My other housemate has a laptop and his connects and can download music no problem as can the host computer. I am able to use bittorrent perfectly.

    I reckon it might be because my laptop can't receive incoming connections. Is there a way to fix this?
