Well, you know you should be stealing your neighbors Internet connection. You may not be able to connect if they are using an access list. If not, you should have no problem.

acces list what is that?

All wireless routers have an access list. It is the list of MAC addresses that the router will allow to connect. If the access list is on, and the MAC address of your computer's NIC is not on it, you can't get in.
