I'm new to networks, and I'm having a problem since I installed a 2nd computer and hooked them up with a linksys BEFSR41 V3 router.

Everything works fine except that I cannot see any images I store in my ftp site.

I'm with SHAW in Canada, and I know I have to open a port, but I can't figure out exactly how. What kind of screwdriver do they need? When I turn it over I can't see any screws at all.

OK....that last part was a joke. I've been told its port 21, but the techojargon leaves me staring at my web based router controls unsure of how exactly to open the port.

Any help would be appreciated.
