Good Morning,

I run a D-link DSL 500 router with my PC, and I have been having some problems. (Please bear in mind I am the least techy person in the world, So patience will be needed )

Problems are as follows:

Atleast 2 times a day the router 'Crashes' .. By this I mean, my connection will drop, all lights on the Router will stop flashing and come on permently. It wont restart properly from the router page, I have to unplug the actual power cord to reboot it as such, then it will work again.

When certain people PM me on MSN, this will make the router 'crash' OR if anyone on MSN trys to send me a file, I am also unable to send files.

I also chat on 'Mirc' and am unable to send files on there (Previously was able when I used Dialup when ADSL was being migrated)

(I don't know if it is relivent, But I have also posted on the 'XP' forum because my PC is running slow)
