Ok I have a network of computers in my house they are all ready to be accessed from outside of the network but I am having a problem doing the router. Its a netgear DG814 but I cant seem to figure out how to make it so it lets connections in and forwards them to my pc. Anyone know been trying all day. My IP http://195.137.38.200/ as you can see connection is refused

Ohh no it works now I found out most routers won't do "reflective" nat

ie, a connection to your outbound ip will usually not actually work from your ip
Can anyone tell me how long it takes for that site to load then?

Loaded fairly quick but theres not much on it, a lot of broken images....

Load time seems ok, but why am i able to login with the admin account and change all kind of settings ? Think that´s not meant to be ?

Yes because I changed the password ........ but changed the wrong one so we couldn't get on the net. I had to phone a friend and give them my password so they could access my emails.........lol it sounds like something off who wants to be a millionaire.....
