I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.

This is what Belarc says about my Main Circuit Board:

Is this enough info to find a BIOS update, if there is one?

OK, more information. Knowing that my board is Gigabyte, which has a BIOS utility, I ran it and looked for BIOS Updates.



Is this the right one to choose? Judging by the fact that it is the only one, I guess yes, but I am really paranoid.
