I have some personal file which I want to delete it permanently, can any one guide me how to permanently delete files from my hard disk without trace?

to delete a file permanantly. you have to select that file nad press shift+del. and the file will get deleted permanantly

Actually "shift+del" will delete the file from windows view but this file can be retrived. Deleting a file will just delete the marker to the file on the hard drive and not the actual data.
