I am so frustrasted at haing to get the error message " windows media player cannot play this audio format'. I have had to continuosly reload the drivers but all the time I get the same response. What could be wrong? I am using Win XP proffessional.

What type of audio file are you trying to play?

I attempt to play mp3 or wav files. I cannot even play sample music in 'My Documents'. I get the same error message.
