usb is shown as unknown device

    Unhappy usb is shown as unknown device

    my usb is stated as unknown device in windows xp
    i tried many attempts to solve it but all in vain.
    I have transcend 4gb pendrive
    pls do help

    Is the issue only the pendrive?

    Do other USB devices work OK?
