have a problem.
Purchased a logitec LS1 laser mouse and getting error 39 ( driver either missing or corrupted)
in modern usb devices it should have an auto driver in place...have been to logitec home and filled in details and asked for help/driver.
Keep getting asked for a value...have no idea what the heck they are talking about.

its not monetary its similar to eg: 10.00

Also some HID's ( Human Interface Devices ) require a hotfix from Microsoft , these are avaliable through MS Update . My MS wireless keyboard and mouse required the same . The mouse pointer just stayed static midscreen . On MS update choose custom install so you can view and choose the updates you want , anything with reference to " HID " install . Hopefully that might solve the problem .
