    Ok reinstalled Microsoft Kernel System Audio Device and now I have a new Icon up in my device manager its Multimedia Audio Controller....This is relentless thanks again for the help guys much appreciated

    by new icon i ment to say its still not working not soo cool my man.....I think I need the driver for that as well.... I am not sure I really should just dump this thing and splurge for a new comp but I cant bring myself to do it I am attached....

    Do you still have any errors in Device Manager?

    No I think I explained it a little stupidly yes I do its the Multimedia Audio Controller

    OK. So now go to the link, Jeff provided, download, and install Realtek driver.
    Uninstall current driver first.
