NEC, VERSA series laptop, Windows Xp PRO, 2002 edition running Sp2, pentium duo 1.87ghz, vista capable, 1GB RAM.

that's probly more then you asked for but i already had it writen out, as i've had other problems.

It doesn't look like NEC carries drivers.

Back to ATI.

Click: Windows XP Professional/Home

Click: Integrated/Motherboard

Click: Radeon Xpress 200M

GO

Go to Option 2 and take the Display Driver.

Save the download to your Desktop.

Then go to start > Control Panel > Add or remove programs.

If you see an ATI Display Driver listed then remove it first then install the download you saved.

thank's but what thing do i download because there is several differnt things to download after i have done that

when i try and install it, itll almost start then say: setup did not find a driver compatable with your current hardware or operating system

Why are you needing to install drivers? Did you reinstall XP?

What are the "other problems" you mentioned?

In other words what is the history here? What happened? What have you tried?

Also what is the exact VERSA model?

um, i have had to update USB drivers and stuff before. simple stuff. i have never reinstalled xp(dont have disk)

Where are you getting the info that you have a ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M?

The only drivers are for Windows 3.1 & '95 meaning this is a very old laptop to the point of being obsolete. These laptops were made long before XP.

Anyway please answer my original questions.
