I don't know. Not familiar with Daemon Tools.

Basically what you need is a boot CD/DVD.

You can burn what you are downloading to a CD/DVD as long as you have the software to do so.

The point being it is not a simple data burn but an Image burn.

You need a program that will let you "Burn Disk Image".

but i dont have a blank disc...

Well you will need one.

Or overwrite one if RW.

Are you asking if you can mount it in window? No what jephree is talking about requires you to boot into the cd. you will not be running window but linux. Does that make sense?
