after i install the vga, the computer told me to restart
after i restart, the problem comes again and i have to choice but to force restart. After i force restart, i go to safe mode to uninstall the nividia driver den i will restart.

One of the Safe Mode options is "Enable VGA Mode".

    Have you tried this?

On the Safe Mode option screen:

Assuming you press F8 on boot?

Rather than Safe Mode choose VGA Mode

    Sorry the Vista designation is:

    Enable low resolution video (640 × 480)

Were you able to boot into Vista proper? sans Safe Mode?

If so your resolution is just very large.

If so I would try to install the nVidia driver here.

Try the last one we had:

    GeForce Release 179
