I have already installed latest driver of nvidia i.e 175.2....nvidia site suggest this driver.
But I m using INTEX PCI Sound Card for sound system might be problem with that dirver intex site doesn't provide this series drivers

Now, i was removed my INTEX SOUND CARD AND reinstall windows xp sp-2, now i install all latest driver but still "SOUND IS NOT CLEAR, IT'S VERY HARD SOUND...."

Note: Now i m using ONBOARD SOUND CARD

IS there any BIOS SETTING OR ANY MOTHERBOARD JUMPER SETTING IS PENDDING \

Could be blown speakers or shorted speaker wires maybe. Try a Linux Live cd and see how your sound works then.Knoppix Linux
