    That just brings me back (at Intel) to the 82810 & 82815 files, which we've already tried.

    I ask again;

    "A model number would help tremendously. All the above tells us is that it's an ACER desktop system, with a Pent III, and 256 MB of RAM. There are a few machines which fit into that catagory.

    Is there a Logo on the front, a sticker on the back, or a Windows ME sticker on the side (where a Product Key for ME would be) which gives a system model number? (Similar to Veriton 7100 or something?)

    No. That's a monitor.

    Try Everest again. Run it, then look under Computer, Summary, Motherboard, or under Computer, Motherboard. (Motherboard Name) With any luck, it may be listed there.
