I entered your motherboard info into Google and came up with this;
http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=...herboard&meta=
The top "hit" brought me to here;
http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers...iton_7100.html
Given the information so far, and since there's no reference to Win ME for the Onboard Intel 815, your required driver is most likely an ACER hybrid: the TNT2 for Win ME
Grab it off the above site or from here;
http://www.d-a-l.com/dan/win9x_21.83.exe
Try that and post back with your results.

Download, install, and run Everest Home Edition on this machine. (Clean FreeWare) Once it's finished loading and running, look under
Computer, Summary, Display,
or under
Display, PCI/AGP Video.
This will tell you what display adapter/chip you have. Post the information for BOTH the Video Adapter and the 3D Accelerator.

Is this helpfull?"
A model number would help tremendously. All the above tells us is that it's an ACER desktop system, with a Pent III, and 256 MB of RAM. There are a few machines which fit into that catagory.
Is there a Logo on the front, a sticker on the back, or a Windows ME sticker on the side (where a Product Key for ME would be) which gives a system model number? (Similar to Veriton 7100 or something?)
Forgive me if I've lost track of what we were doing on this thread but here's Intel's Windows ME drivers for their generic Intel 82815 graphics:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...%20Me&lang=eng
Dan - do you want Shukor to install that?
"... an ACER proprietary device."
Same here. I thought we'd have resolution with the TNT2 drivers.
I'm hoping Everest will resolve the display adapter question. If there is another graphics card installed in a slot, Everest should pick it up.
If there isn't, and the 82815 is indeed the adapter in question, something else must be wrong to prevent the software from installing.
