Can any body help i have been given a pc being a e-machine 220 which wont boot up however i think it needs a new power supply howver i want to format and reinstall can any body advise what the individual harware are ie what make& model no of graphics chip,Audio,NIC,etc and where i can get drivers from also spec etc

Can you provide the specifics on this machine? ie; Exact model/serial number.

If nothing is happening on a boot it's a possibility that the P.S. is shot. However, until you get it "fired up", and a specific model number etc supplied, it's all guess work as to what is in it for hardware.

Is it still a "stock" machine? Has anything been added?
