I reinstalled Windows XP pro sp2 and when I start it up I have scroll lag in Internet Browser. I did some research and came to the conclusion i had to update my drivers. Well I look in Device manager and in "Other Devices" there 2 exclamation devices, "PCI Modem" and "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)". I try to update them and they don't update, they can't be found and when I try to use this disk i have (one I got from the computer fixing place) It had 3com and some others but I coudent figure them out, nor did i know if that was the solution. I was running windows XP before and everything worked fine. I would like some help to solve the scroll lag, and I have a problem with graphics (video card?). Please help in any way...I'm Running a A25-S207 Toshiba Laptop, Intel pentium 4 processor, 2.66 Ghz, 480 MB of ram.
