i do believe that computer uses the same motherboard as yours, so you can try and download the Realtek High Definition Audio Drivers.

When i run it it is still reporting an error - The driver is called Microsoft UAA Function Driver for High Definition Audio - Realtek 880/860. The component PCI Device has now disappeared from the Device Manager, is this normal? should i uninstall?

    Thanks
