    Hi and welcome to D-A-L

have you tried a repair installation or is the hard drive to messed up?

    have you the XP disc?

your BIOS should be ok, as you don't have the name of the motherboard it may be awkward trying to find an update

    trigem computer inc
    imperial

why does it show up as unknown with other programs? does it mean that the correct drivers are not installed?
