O.k I'm totally new at this and went through all the Help menus on my computer. Loooooong story short, I know now, i deleted a driver of some sort. I don't know how to find out wot kind of sound card I have [work computer], so then i can re-install it. Also, I dont have the cd card it came with [if there IS a cd that came with it]. In a nutshell, you will all laugh and hopefully one person out there will give me some ideas. I usually pick up on things pretty quickly. Thank-you

The best general solution is to re-load your computer's audio drivers.

The best place to find these drivers is the computer manufacturer's web site.

Look for Downloads/Drivers/Audio for your exact computer model.

If your computer was custom built then the motherboard manufacturer is the best source.

If you need help in searching for the download please let us know and supply the exact make and model of the computer or motherboard.
