Help Plz!!!!!!

Realtek AC'97 Audio & Terratec Aureon 5.1 Fun
Had to restore Windows Xp from a restore point because my anti virus program earased an important file...... Anyway to cut a long story short the sound drivers for the above listed devices arent present and i therefore have no sound. I do not have the original discs and cannot install them from there. I was wondering if any kind person out there could inform where to download these drivers from and if that would solve my problem and return sound to my PC?????? Will be very grateful for any helpful advice.

what make is your PC or the motherboard?

i dunno what make the motherboard is, the computers make is cyclone.
any ideas??

Re-installing XP has a nasty habit of wiping audio drivers.

The best general solution is to re-load your computer's audio drivers.

The best place to find these drivers is the computer manufacturer's web site.

Look for Downloads/Drivers/Audio for your exact computer model.

If your computer was custom built then the motherboard manufacturer is the best source.

If you need help in searching for the download please let us know and supply the exact make and model of the computer or motherboard.
