Hi, whilst in the Middle East I had to purchase a laptop (Acer Aspire 5602 WLMi, Duo-processor 1.66GHz; 667MHz FSB) to replace mine which fried the MB. The problem I have is that when I loaded the new laptop with the supplied discs I cannot get out of it defaulting any document I am working on to Arabic. I have re-loaded it carefully three more times with the same result. The thing also runs slower than the P3 which had half the Acers RAM. Any call to Acer, when I eventually get through provided no relief. I have since reloaded it with a fresh copy of WinXP Pro but am now without any drivers. I still cannot get any sense out of Acer. Is there some other way I can get the required drivers and load them? Thanks for your time.
