If Someone can help me, would be great...
Thanks
Hi and welcome to D-A-L
have you tried HP
http://welcome.hp.com/country/uk/en/support.html
if no use try the online support I've used them and they were very helpful and found drivers etc![]()
I had the same issue. But now it gets better - the hard drive crashed. AWESOME!!!!!!!! $##@$!@ piece of %!$@$@.
Anyway to answer your question the drivers are on the supplimental cd - that you have to order from HP - for a fee. Yeah, I know. Me too. I tlked to support who had absolutely no idea which wireless driver to give me. They gave me like 5 but none worked until I received the cd. They were able to get me the audio and motherboard but not the unknown. The unkown had a device id of something for powering off. I forget and I can't check since I am waiting for my hdd from HP.
Anyway shoot me an im at yahoo, darren_nextone and I'll email them to you if you want or throw them on a server for you to download.
Friggin rediculous HP is. never again.

I still need the wireless and the "Unknow" Driver...
Take Care
I have all of these drivers if anyone still needs them.
Also, the Unknown Device is for Windows XP Media Center Edition's AwayMode feature. It wont work unless you have a driver provided only to OEMs (this is due to a special "thingy" made to change the led for the power button to a different color when AwayMode is activated). Just disable that device.
I'll really appreciate if you can point me to where i can get these drivers.
Multimedia Audio Controller
SM Bus Controller
Unknow Device ?
USB Wireless 802.11b/g adaptor

Thanks
USB Wireless Network - I can send you that driver
SMBUS & Video - ATI drivers. It's included with the drivers for the ATI graphics card, Radeon Xpress 200 (Integrated/Motherboard). http://www.ati.com
Multimedia Audio - Realtek AC'97 Driver. http://www.realtek.com.tw
Finally, disable the unknown device. It's for Windows Media Center Edition's AwayMode feature, which can't be made use of unless your OS is preinstalled by an OEM.
Hi, BrandonVM. Would it be possible to get the wireless device driver from you?
hi,systemonkey did you recieve that wireless driver? Could you please forward it to me please?
Did you find all the drivers for your s7520n? I did a clean install on my s7620n and was able to find all the necessary drivers, including the patch that removes the "unknown device" when you replace Windows Media Center with Windows XP Pro. Let me know if you're still missing drivers.
Now I'd like to try installing Windows 98 on this machine. I already know that there are no High Definition sound drivers for that OS, but as long as I get all the basic functions going, I'll be very happy.
