I recently added another HD to my comp and in order to do it, I had to redo the cabling. apon completion of that, my CDRW drive stoped working. I still have power, but the computer can not find the drivers required to run it. I am operating in windows 2000 pro, and the drive was made by Opti Storage (Opti Corp). They only produced these the one year, and when I called their tech support, the guy said that they no longer have the drivers available. I lost the cd or disk (I can't remember) during my last move. I have tried down loading drivers from a few diferent places, but most just end up dumping spyware onto my comp. Is there any safe place that I could down load the driver from.

Additionally, I used some driver detecor tool, and it showed the correct driver on my computer somewhere, but I can not find it, nor do I know how to make Windows realize that it is there.
