Having a problem with a new PC. What is happeneing is when I plug in USB devices, the mouse just freezes up. The only thing that has plugged in okis a Creative web cam.
I have installed all the drivers including the USB 2.0 (or it says it has been installed) but everytime I plug eg a USB optical mouse or a Maxtor USB external drive it just freezes.

Could it be that the USB 2.0 drivers are not working
