Need the right driver
I just built a new computer and am having a problem getting windows to install. I have done my homework and found that the problem lies in the fact that i have a western digital 250GB SATA HD, which windows doesn't have a driver for. When i try to use the CD that came with my Gigabyte 8KNXP Ultra-64 motherboard i get this error: "Your harddrive doesnt support HPA!". I've looked for this information else where and found that there should be a driver on Gigabytes website i can put on a floppy disk and install during windows set up, the problem is i dont know which driver i need. Any help would be appreciated, thanx!

Don't know if this will work.
This Windows Driver is for use with the SIIG Serial ATA controller card included
with some Western Digital hard drives. To use, please extract this zip file to a
blank floppy. Afterward, follow the instructions included with your drive and controller
card to update your OS with the new driver.

ok ive tried loading every driver i can find and EVERY time it says "windows could not find a harddrive on your computer". Even the drivers that came from both the motherboard manufacturer (Gigabyte) and the HD manufacturer (Western Digital), im at a loss as to how to proceed, Bios detects the HardDrive and the RAID utility can as well. Any Ideas??? Anybody???
