Can't Find Windows 2000 Drivers for...

I have been looking for drivers for my motherboard, and I can't find them. I have checked the ASUS website and my motherboard isn't even listed. my motherboard is a OEM version made for HewletPackard, and I came across a site that lists a lot of OEM version motherboards for HP but I can't find out which motherboard is mine. Okay, I almost forgot to tell you what my mother board is, it is a ASUS P4SD-LA. My computer model is "HP Media Center PC m1000y", I don't know which is my motherboard their are like 5 with different "codenames".

Download and run Belarc Advisor (http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html) - it's a free hardware analysis tool and the report that it generates might give you a more specific model number or some other distinguishing feature to identify it. Let us know how you get on

Looks like it's the Oxford-UL6E model (P4SD-LA PES) from the list on that site.

On that basis, it's the same motherboard as fitted to the HP Pavilion t470.nl desktop PC but HP's site only has Windows XP SP2 drivers that I can find for that. Did your system originally come with XP Media Center Edition? If so, you'll often find that your Windows XP drivers that were supplied with the PC will also work on Windows 2000. The thing that points it out is when the drivers can be found in a folder on a CD called Win2kXP or something like that. Have a look on your original driver CDs and see what you've got - you might already have what you need
