hi every 1 ; i have a little problem here
my canon mp370 was working perfectly , until recently
now , if i want to scan , i send the order , then the lamp start to moving , and then stop at the end , then after about 5 minutes , it return back and i recieve the pic, the pic is competly normal , like the original one , but the problem is with that stop at the end , it took a lot of time , and it is the same when i am trying to review the scan .
i wasn't have this problem berfore, and i don't know what trigger it ,
so plz , any one have an idea , i will be very thankful

Did you install any new hardware or software recently?

i read all what you gave me , but i can't findmy problem
it works , but with this stop at the end , i can scan but it takes about 5 minutes, well , i tried to do all the things in the forum you gave me , but still
anyhow , thanks , i will keep trying and see what i can do
