Hmmmm... Is this a custom built computer?
Award has this utility to for BIOS upgrades:
http://www.unicore.com/biosagent/index.cfm
If you want to continue to try to ID your board try this:

Yes it was.....my mom got the computer from COmputer Warehouse a local comp company..wasnt a brand name like DEll HP or anything like that...I got a DEll computer but my moms had AGP vid card and all so I put my INtel Celeron 2.4 GHz and she has a 1.8 GHz Intel Pentium 4 and I put my 250 gig hard drive in it and thats basically all that I put in from my comp and my wireless modem...

Searching your chip set #'s just brings up people trying to ID boards.
There is some consensus that the board manufacturer would be defunct anyway.
The suggestion is to open the case & search the board for a label.
Maybe the above site (biosagent) will find something for you.
I am not sure if they charge or not.
Perhaps we can search from the exact string as seen here:
http://www.unicore.com/forms/leads/b...gradeform3.cfm
4. You will see a string that looks similar to:
51-0607-0111111-071595-82430VX(For AMI BIOS)
04/25/2000-i430TX-67x-2A59IB0BC-00(For Award BIOS)
