I reformatted my winxp comp and can't find my sound drivers.

I've looked inside my case, and it looks like my sound hardware is on my processor.

I had the same problem, what you'll have to do is re-download your sound card driver. From what I've read, it looks like you can use AC'97 sound drivers.

Looks like you've got an on-board sound chip integrated into your Intel D865 motherboard. Therefore, your best bet is to get the drivers straight from the Intel web site.
