Hey I Have The Same Problem As You Can You Tell Me How Did You Deal With It¿
Can you please explain your exact problem?
You have an external drive? It came with a driver CD?
Are you running XP? (In which case you should not need drivers.)
So what is happening? The drive doesn't work? It is not detected by the computer?
Have you looked in Disk Management? Start/Run/ diskmgmt.msc
Hi there!

- "You have an external drive?"
Yes, Rainz3D does, as he said "For an external HDD Called 'Mobile Disk'"
- "Are you running XP?"
No, Rainz3D doesn't, since he asked for "installation of drivers in pc's other than XP."
Rainz3D, the Mobile Disk (Model No. HD-337-U2) you need a driver for seems to be a Chronos, and quite popular:

You might be able to obtain a driver from Cypress Semiconductor (www.cypress.com) since the Device ID and Manufacturering information points to them.
However, should I be wrong (since I searched their site for the product and nothing popped up), please visit http://www.chronos.com.tw/drivers/en.../enclosure.htm and download the driver from there. Hope it works for you!![]()

I was replying to evol999 who was posting on Rainz3d's thread from 18 months ago. I should have split the thread in order to avoid confusion.
When answering a post such as:I like to clarify the question.Hey I Have The Same Problem As You Can You Tell Me How Did You Deal With It¿
Thanks anyway for your links and help!
Looking forward to further posts!![]()
Thank you for your attention. I realized that the device wasn't working properly because the hard disk wasn configured as primary master.
Thanks for the update and the thanks!
Let us know if we can help further in the future!
