hi! i have windows xp, i have been trying to play this game for a while (tomb raider angel of darkness if it makes a difference) but after i've been playing it for about a minute it freezes, goes back to the desktop everything turns to big font and a message comes up saying 'the ialmrnt display driver had stopped working normally' and then i have to restart my computer to get it to work again properly and this happens everytime i try to play. Does anyone have an idea whats going on? please help if you can! thanks

Sounds like you could do with updating your graphics card driver. If you still have this problem, go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com to see if there's a new one there. If there isn't, there are other places to look but this one if the best place to start.

If it doesn't find anything in the Drivers area, you should also check in the other areas of the Windows Update site (menu on the left) to see if there's a newer version of DirectX available for your PC. DirectX is Microsoft's proprietary multimedia drivers, which deal with graphics and sound.

after a while of me playing morrowind or when i try to leave a building after ive loaded the game, it stops, shows a blank screen, then tells me that a display driver isnt responding anymore and that it has an error report to microsoft but i tell it to not send. or it shows a blue screen that says that if its the first time i've seen it to just go ahead and restart, but i have now seen it multiple times, and continues to say that its continuosly sending data through it and it must stop it. if it says the display driver to responding itll set everything to the lowest seting on the desktop and i have to restart the computer either way.

i have both exp sets for it tribunal and bloodmoon and i have the latest patch for bloodmoon installed. i think i started having problems with it when i first started getting mods for the game but ive gotten rid of the mods and reinstalled even less and i only have a select few of them active at once and i dont have any texture probs with the mods i have now that i activate. and now its just when its loading that i have the problem. i also have the most recent patches for win xp and i belive my vid card is integrated.
