    Angry Nvidia...

Argh! I posted a problem in XP thread and now I know where the problem comes, but I dont know what to do about it.

    Nvidia Graphic Driver Version: 61.77
    GeForce FX 5600
    AMD Athlon XP 2600+
    DirectX 9.0c

I sent an error message and it said that a driver of nvidia has (something), maby corrupted or erronious install. I pressed a link http://www.nvidia.com/content/refres...indows_xp.html

and it lead me to Nvidia Graphic Driver Version: 61.76, whats the big Idea?

    Hi,

So your Dirext X is up to date. Uninstall your video and sound drivers and then re-install the latest version strait from the nVIDIA / Creative websites. If the problem persisits we will need to know more information about your system.

First off, has this always happened with games? and is your PC or video card new? Do you know what make/model your motherboard is?

I don't think the video driver is directly responsible for what's happening.

I'm only getting half a thread here... ho hum..

I'm assuming you have the Detonator drivers. See the Nvidia site or MajorGeeks for the Detenator Destroyer application, it's one of the few ways of completely uninstalling the Nvid drivers - even Nvidia admit it.

Using reference drivers is all well and good, but for the proper drivers for your card, go to the people who built your card for the drivers -Nvidia and Microsoft have no duty to you (unless you actually bought it off them) at least you can hassle the manufacturers support people safe in the knowledge that you have right on your side..... none of which will help of course - OK I'm rambling.... bye
