    Angry mp370 print problem

Hi I am having a big problem with my mp370 all in one printer. when i first loaded the drivers everything on the printer worked fine. Now i cannot print from word, or when and if it does print it is hours later???
Everything else works ok, the printer works ok on my laptop. i have configured my desktop same as my laptop.
i have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers countless times and have tried about evrything i can think off - canon reckon it's my motherboard Soltek SL-75FRN2 PLEEEEEEase Someone help me as it's driving me nuts.

Could be that your print spooler directory is clogged up or corrupted. If you can tell us what version of Windows you are using, we can probably find some advice on how to clear it out

Couldn't find any articles on a specific procedure to clear it but I did find that your print spooler directory should be C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers.

If there's anything in there, delete it (but don't empty the Recycle Bin yet).

Try printing again (if it still doesn't work, try rebooting).

I'm out of ideas then - I don't normally have to do much troubleshooting with printers (well, nothing that re-installing the drivers can't fix).

Is it only Microsoft Word that you have trouble with? What about trying to open one of the Word files that you've had trouble with in another application such as Excel - would that give you the same problem?

If it's only Word that's giving you grief, maybe you could try re-installing that?

Anyone else out there got any other ideas?
