Symptoms: When choosing names to send an e-mail (via the To or CC button), hitting the scroll arrow or grabbing the bar to scroll immediately closes Outlook. Typing in more than the 1st 2 letters (so it will jump to that place in the list) immediately closes Outlook. It gives no error messages, just closes.

Done so far: Restarted machine - no change. Shut down and let it sit for a minute - no change. Ran NAV - no problems found. Ran Office Repair - no change. Ran Office Reinstall - no change.

Not sure what else to do! (It's an XP machine.) Any ideas?

Can you manually type the email or users names in the TO field without it closing ?

Yes, manually typing in each address is the only way to send an e-mail without Outlook closing. Ugh.
