Sorry if this has been asked. I have tried to search but there is no field (that I can see) to answer the random question so I keep getting it incorrect!

My sister's XP pro desktop had working icons that rotated/revolved and when you hovered got larger which was quite impressive to basic users like us.
The system crashed and I need to reinstall XP but have no idea how to replicate the desktop.
Does anyone have any idea what I might be referring to or can recommend a prog to do something similar?
