hello, so one day i went to go and change my background on my desktop so i right clicked on a picture and hit set a desktop background. Then all of a sudden my background went white and ever since i have not been able to set a background. but the weird thing is, that when i am turning on/off my computer you will be able to see the background that i have chosen for about 30 seconds then it goes away. can anyone please help me try and figure this out thanks.

A simple system restore back to a time before the problem
occurred could be the easiest solution.
