My main mail is Outlook Express 6, Osystem WinXP sp3
I write and read mail mostly in English and Hebrew
I have no problems in writing in both languages, however when receiving mail I find often gibberish instead Hebrew, both in the inbox list and in the message.
I just tried to send try messages from two of my non-OE mail clients. When sending a message from my Gmail box I received gibberish instead of Hebrew.
When sending the same message from a mail at the host of my web site (anywhere in Canada) I find the message in Hebrew, as sent.

I tried to change the Hebrew settings in OE “options” but to no avail.
What can be done to receive all the Hebrew messages correctly?
